Registration
We are using Kent Shaw’s registration web site for online registration. Skip ahead if you have used his site before. If not, we hope to make the process simple with the following information.

- When you click on the link, you’ll open a new window at Kent’s site. The first page is to describe yourself: name, contact information, gender, year of birth, and club information. The gender and year of birth are important and drive the classes that you are eligible for. If you own an E-punch "stick", then enter your number accurately. If you don’t have one and plan to purchase one, note that in the E-punch number field. Email the registrar with your number. If you plan to rent, just check the rental box – it will cost $3/day to rent, so purchasing makes sense in the long run. All courses will use E-punching, including map hiking courses.

Classes containing "F" are female and "M" are male. A "-" before the age means "and younger", the "+" after the age means "and older". Classes containing the course color are age neutral.

- Chuckwagon Early Supper (4pm, July 20):
- After the Relay race we’ll head to the M Lazy C Ranch, 5 miles west of Lake George. This dinner has been a favorite social event! For $25 you get your choice of entree (Steak, Chicken & Ribs, Vegetarian (or Beef Brisket for $21)), yummy side dishes, beverage, dessert and entertainment. After dinner jump on a hay wagon and ride around the ranch. Children 5 and under eat free. Anyone over 5 usually has their own plate and would be regular price, or Mom or Dad could share a plate with them.
If you arrive a little early or stay late, you can ride horses for $20/hour. There will be a signup sheet when you arrive at the ranch, or if you contact the ranch directly they can reserve a time for your horseback ride.
BBQ date change: The BBQ date has changed from Tuesday night to Sunday night July 18 6:30pm (hayride is 6pm). We´ll have awards for the Western State Champs awards after dinner - about 7:30 - and plenty of time for people to form Relay teams.. If you signed up for Brisket, your order will be changed to Steak. We are sorry for the change, but a large private party booked for Tuesday night and we couldn´t join them.
- Event T-shirts
- Event T-shirts are designed by artist Libby Ellis. We’ll be posting her design soon. The shirt will be a long sleeve Hi Tec fabric for $25, sure to be a favorite in all weather.
- Preview Maps
- If you are new to our venues, you may want to purchase preview maps, printed on quality paper using off-set printing. All existing venues are being updated and printed at 1:10000, however, preview maps printed at 1:15000 will be good visual preparation. Costs are reasonable and include mailing to US addresses.
- Child Care
- In order to provide adequate child care, we need to have a relatively accurate count of the number of children and their ages. Therefore, a non-refundable deposit of $5 per child/per day will be applied towards a rate of $5/hour per child. We will supply shelter, toys, string-o courses (parent supervised), and healthy snacks. If you are interested in assisting with child care in exchange for a reduced rate, please contact us.

Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Press Checkout to continue to the payment page.

- Each person registered must sign a waiver. A Parent or guardian must sign for each child under 18. Click on each of the names to view and print your waiver and registration summary.
Mail the signed waiver(s) and a check payable to RMOC for the total amount to the Event Registrar. The address is at the bottom of the waiver.
